Where Imagination Meets Regulation

Children are naturally flexible, creative, and brave, but growing up can cause us to forget those superpowers. Kids yoga helps preserve this magic through games, stories, and lots of silly fun!

Through movement and imagination, children learn stress management, focus, balance, and emotional regulation without even realizing it. These tools help them feel calmer, stronger, and more confident, like the little warriors they are.

Classes range from infants (baby and me) to teens of all skill levels. Classes are typically 30 minutes to an hour, with an average duration of 45 minutes. Classes can be held at your child’s school (contact me for available schools), in your home, in the park, at a community center near you, or on Zoom.

    One-on-one sessions offered at your home, the park, via Zoom, or in an indoor studio.

    One-on-one or two-on-one yoga classes tailored for children with unique needs, including autism and sensory differences.

    Techniques are adapted to each child’s abilities, interests, and sensory style
